What Do You Get From a Quality Assurance Programme
We will assess the quality of your food products at the agreed frequency, grading each and every product we sample against the purchase specification. This can be either destructive testing if we are operating at a point in the distribution chain where this is practical, or it can be a visual check on quality if it is not.
For each sampled product you will get a detailed report on the performance level, notification of any defects, complete with photographic reports illustrating exactly how any non-conforming products failed to meet specification.
